Waterscan had developed a unique online water management system, Waterline, through which organisations can monitor their water usage and ultimately reduce consumption and cost. Project management - projects such as AMR installation, rainwater & greywater system installation, leak repairs etc can be instigated and progress monitored through Waterline.

Water Footprinting - Waterline can produce a water footprint report, either per site or group, detailing the usage over time, enabling the organisation to measure usage versus pre-agreed consumption reduction targets.

Reports - A multitude of reports can be selected on Waterline, giving clients a number of ways to monitor activity, whether by site, by region or by group. Budgeting and benchmarking reports are among the most well-used by existing clients.

Document store - Waterline provides an invaluable resource for storing all documents relating to water usage, whether that be progress reports, letters from or to the water company, rebate notices or invoices. Being an online storage facility, the documents can be filed and called up from any computer, subject to security access.

Water Performance Certificate- Waterline also offers a site by site WPC, a colour-coded graphical illustration of the site's water consumption performance versus the benchmark.

Actual Daily Usage chart - The ADU chart provides an 'at a glance' summary of daily consumption by site.

Requests - The client can communicate through Waterline, for example to request a site visit.

Site audit management - Waterline enables the client to manage and monitor each site, with job recommendations and reports.

Comparison tools - Waterline provides data for each site or group such that the client can compare usage and ensure consistency or highlight issues.

Leak detection monitoring tools - Waterline triggers alerts so that any leaks are quickly detected and can be repaired promptly, reducing water wastage.
