3 step process for water management

We are unique in the breadth of in-house facilities and capabilities we possess. That has enabled us to develop a process that optimises your water conservation over a phased programme, so that savings from one step can be used to fund investments to save more in a later step.

Your 1st Step – water usage analysis

Experts in our water use validation centre obtain your water bills and perform a historical water audit. This confirms that the charges currently levied by your water supplier are valid for the supply at all your premises.

One in three sites will reveal a savings opportunity through analysis alone with water charges reducing by 10-45% of annual expenditure.

We also populate your estate on Waterline, our unique online water management and reporting package, which benchmarks your water consumption against industry norms and identifies the priority for work and develop a water management programme.

Your 2nd Step – water audit surveys

Experienced water leakage surveyors conduct a water audit at each of your sites, highest priority first. This is an unobtrusive exercise that locates leaks, verifies the potential savings identified in the historical water audit and identifies all other opportunities for savings.

It is the quality of the engineer that makes the difference here and we have the best in the business. After the site survey our in house teams of civil works engineers are brought in where necessary to fix the leaks. We prefer to use in house teams because it’s the only way we can guarantee the quality of the work.

Your 3rd Step – water efficiency programme

Savings identified in the first two steps now fund the investment in water efficiency products necessary to bring you a water sustainable future.

We have everything you need from water management system products such as WC, urinal, basin and shower controls through to advanced systems such as automated meter reading, rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling. We use our vast experience to bring you the most cost effective solutions for your business.

All progress is reported directly to you through Waterline where you remain in control of everything that is happening on your premises. In addition, through regular reviews your account manager will report on progress and the plan of action for the next phases of water efficiency work.
