Account Management Team
Our Account Management team is divided into sector specific areas such as Out of Town Retail, Hotel and Leisure and Public Sector so that they can use their individual market expertise to manage each client.
Waterline Team
The Waterline team is based at our Head Office in Chichester and is responsible for the processing and analysing of our clients' water bills including historic audits and account investigation.
Operations Team
Waterscan's Operations team covers the UK and is responsible for water audit, leak detection, water meter and data logging projects.
Civil Engineering Team
Civil Engineering teams cover the UK and is responsible for a whole spectrum of services including rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling installation, mains relay and leak repair.
Trade Effluent Team
Waterscan have employed a Trade Effluent specialist with 24 years experience with Southern Water to advise clients on how best to deal with trade effluent.
Surface Water Team
Our Surface water team are highly skilled with over 10 years experience within this field. They regularly achieve £1 million worth of refunds and £300,000 worth of ongoing savings annually for our clients.
